Our reports and tools are intended for informational and advisory purposes only. Implementation and compliance decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your order under the pricing terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement.

  • Payments are due upon invoice or subscription renewal date.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

  • We may use third-party payment processors who follow industry-standard security practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, logos, text, graphics, and designs provided by SyteComply are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services solely for your organization’s internal business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in OC, CA, unless otherwise required by law.
